Job Title: Lead Home Services Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage operational functions associated with the set-up, review and risk assessment of service users' calls.
* To complete annual supervision and competency assessments for home care workers.
Our organization seeks a highly qualified nurse to fill this key role. A minimum of three years experience working in a similar position within the home support services sector is essential.
To be successful, you will require a degree in nursing (or equivalent), active registration as a nurse, IT skills preferably strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to work autonomously team player etc. Experience managing/supervising staff would be advantageous.
