Occupational Therapist
This is a staff grade occupational therapist post within our healthcare services.
The post holder will be responsible for the rotational mental health occupational therapy services, including specialized rehabilitation units and acute inpatient services.
We are currently recruiting to fill one of our newly developed rotation positions.
Job Description:
Rotational Mental Health Occupational Therapist - a unique opportunity to work across various service areas within our healthcare services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Formulating assessments and developing treatment plans for adults experiencing mental health disorders.
* Coordinating care delivery across multi-disciplinary/multi-agency teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential qualifications include a degree in occupational therapy or equivalent, with registration with the CORU. Desirable qualifications include membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) or Association of OT Ireland (AOTI).
Experience of formulating occupational therapy assessments and planning interventions for adults experiencing mental health disorders is also essential.
