As a specialist in child sexual abuse services, we are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to provide social work supports to children and families impacted by trauma.
Key Responsibilities
* To deliver high-quality assessments and interventions to children and their families, promoting therapeutic outcomes and family well-being.
* To participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional conferences as part of the team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
* To contribute to service development, monitoring, and evaluation, providing expert training and consultations.
Senior Social Workers will receive regular individual supervision, group case management, and reflective process supervision to ensure continued growth and excellence in practice.
Essential Criteria
* A recognised postgraduate qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
* Registration with CORU is mandatory.
* At least three years of experience in social work, with a focus on assessment and intervention with children and families.
* Proven expertise in social work practice, including skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation.
