You will work closely with the Finance Director and the accounts & Commercial team.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts ReceivableAccounts PayableAccounts ReconciliationManage and Support the accounts team, in Debtors collection and nurturing long-term relationships.Manage and support the accounts team, with month/ Quarter/ year end reporting.Ensuring that payment allocation is completed daily/ Weekly/ Monthly.Maintain accurate records of all accounts/ finance filingMonitor and generate invoicing.Ensure customer service is followed in line with company expectations and procedures.Ensure phone call are taken and support provided to customers, contractors, suppliers and all queries answered.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €29,000.00-€32,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
