This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and consistently meeting their expectations.
* Key responsibilities include addressing internal/external queries, developing guidelines and procedures, providing training and support, and engaging in cross-functional collaboration.
* The position also involves reviewing and maintaining administrative systems, producing reports, managing appraisal files, and conducting reviews of funding decisions.
* Liaising with Independent Appeals Officers and contributing to project work, policy development, and document creation are also essential duties.
