What You Will Do:
Expand Archer's client base through cold outbound business development activities
Book meetings, lead client engagements, negotiate terms, and close deals
Manage accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and operate with full autonomy
Grow existing business through warm client engagements

At Archer, we specialise in IT recruitment, partnering with clients across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors to deliver top talent within the IT market.
Your role as a Business Development Consultant will be to expand existing business while also generating new opportunities.
In this consultative sales role, you will represent and sell Archer's recruitment services to a range of clients.
What You Will Have:
Ideally 3 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales role
EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
Willingness to be in the office Monday – Friday
Additional Information:
Total Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Uncapped, Paid Monthly) + Bonus
Year 1 Average: €50,000 – €55,000+
Year 2 Average: €75,000 – €85,000+
