Receptionist Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Ashford Castle. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest care, greeting arrivals, handling departures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be friendly and outgoing, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also demonstrate strong attention to detail and be able to effectively manage their workload.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all arrivals and handle departures in a friendly and efficient manner
• Answer the switchboard warmly and transfer calls to the correct extensions promptly
• Assist the reservations team with booking completions as needed
• Use the computerized system for reservations, arrivals, and departures to ensure accurate and current information
• Deliver exceptional guest care at all times, anticipating guests' needs and taking proactive steps to exceed expectations
