We are currently seeking a Temporary Accountant Professional to join our team for a shortterm contract with immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to apply their expertise in a dynamic finance environment.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified or PartQualified Accountant.
* Hotel Experience (distinct advantageous).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A team player with a commercial and financial focus.
* Proven experience with Sage and Micropay (essential).
* Experience with Procurewizard (advantageous).
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
* Preparation of Financial Reports, including profit, cashflow, and payroll forecasting.
* Preparation of Accruals, Prepayments, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
* Managing Debtor and Creditor Ledgers.
* Completion of all taxation/statutory returns, including ensuring VAT and Payroll taxes are reconciled and paid within deadlines.
* Carrying out any other reasonable requests by Management.
