Senior Contracts Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to oversee the delivery of a new hotel development project.
The successful candidate will own end-to-end contract management, lead high-stakes negotiations, and proactively manage risk identification and mitigation.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Contract management from procurement to final account agreement.
* Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and consultants securing favourable terms.
* Proactively manage risk, handling claims, variations, and dispute resolution with a strategic approach.
* Provide accurate cost control and financial reporting ensuring strict budgetary compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 10+ years' experience in Senior Contracts Manager or Senior Commercial Manager role.
* Expert-level knowledge of standard Irish construction contracts.
* Exceptional skills in negotiation, financial management, and risk analysis.
