Main Responsibilities
* Access Control Management: Ensure safe and controlled access for employees, visitors, and contractors.
* Premises Patrols: Regularly inspect buildings, car parks, and grounds to identify potential issues.
* ID Checks: Professionally verify identification passes to maintain secure environments.
* Alarm and Building Control: Activate or deactivate alarms as needed, and unlock/lock buildings and gates securely.
* System Monitoring: Continuously check fire, security, and building systems, including CCTV cameras.
* Health and Safety Reporting: Identify potential hazards and report them, providing first aid when necessary.
* Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer requests and queries in a professional manner.
