We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Bristol. As a Field Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parcel locker network.

Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair faults on parcel locker machines to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
* Maintain and modernize parcel locker machines by implementing hardware and software upgrades.
* Diagnostics, reconfiguration, and installation of computer software or firmware for computer, electronic, and electromechanical equipment.
* Process and report on assigned repairs using established communication channels.
* Manage tools and components for parcel locker machines.
* Quality control of work performed by internal employees and subcontractors to ensure adherence to technical standards, contractual agreements, and company guidelines.
* Provide technical support and training to employees and subcontractors via communication and IT channels.
* Participate in the development of solutions for new types of parcel locker machines.
* Prepare and update technical manuals and documentation.

Requirements:
* Similar experience in a field service technical engineering role on electrical/mechanical equipment.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment with experience in software configuration and firmware updates.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide technical training.
* Ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines across multiple markets.
* High accuracy in quality control and documentation updates.
* Experience working with diverse teams, including international subcontractors and internal staff.
* Flexibility to travel for service and training activities both in the UK and occasionally internationally.
