Person-Centred Care Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Person-Centred Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional quality care in a home-like environment, enabling residents to remain active and connected to their families and friends.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules or other relevant disciplines.
* Have experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Be registered with CORU as a Person-Centred Care Specialist or in the process of registration.
Key Responsibilities:
