Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Training Consultant to join our team. As a member of the Functional Training Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver training solutions to assigned business units. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering functional training programs, analyzing solutions for continuous improvement, and undertaking operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work with management and subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into learning objectives.
* Determine appropriate learning methodologies and functional training solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Analyze various types of data and develop project plans including identification of subject matter experts where necessary.
* Design, develop, facilitate, and deliver learning programs that meet business needs.
* Evaluate training development programs for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Operational experience within the financial services industry with a willingness to develop consulting, writing, and presenting skills.
* Financial services operations experience and knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
* Proficiency in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, and ability to analyze and assess learning outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
* A self-starter and team player with attention to detail and willingness to give and receive feedback.
