At the Sweep Bar and Restaurant we are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our established kitchen team. We work daily to provide our customers with excellent food and hospitality.The candidate must have the following:3 years plus experience as a Sous Chef.Be passionate about delivering high quality dishes with frequent changing menus.Have the ability to work within a team, mentoring staff and guiding Junior Staff.Capable of leading the kitchen team ensuring that all guidelines are achieved daily.Assist the Head Chef in meu creating and Food Development.Full HACCP Training.Job Type: Full-timePay: €13.81-€15.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingLanguage:English (preferred)Work Location: In person
