Your new company As Contracts Services Coordinator, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland.
Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport.
Your new company requires you to join their team for 12 months.
You will have a hybrid working model, 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.
Your new role As Contracts Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the contracts services team, ensuring that contracts have been validated for accuracy, approved and correctly executed.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, reviewing documentation for accuracy and content and escalating/resolving any quality or compliance issues; taking ownership for actively driving process completion and ensuring the maintenance of efficient timelines; maintaining electronic and paper files; maintaining the tracker database for all contracts managed and executed; collaborating with stakeholders and general administrative support.

What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a busy administrative role.
Any experience managing contracts is desirable but not essential.
You will have strong IT skills with proficient working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
The ability to set up ongoing processes and procedures to collect and review information is essential.
You will have excellent time management, organisation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
