About the Position
Mira is seeking a part-time Marketing Data Analyst to enhance decision-making through advanced data analysis and insights. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, e-commerce, and data visualization using Looker.
This is a remote role, with 20 flexible hours per week and occasional overlap with the US team. There is potential for the role to become full-time within 2-3 months based on performance and company needs.

Responsibilities
1. Use Looker to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for performance marketing and e-commerce metrics.
2. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
3. Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to understand data needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver insights.
4. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
5. Ensure data flow between the website and third-party tools, troubleshoot as needed.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s is a plus.
2. At least 2 years of experience in marketing data and insights.
3. Proficiency with Looker and GA4.
4. Proficiency with Excel and BigQuery.
5. Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands focusing on customer acquisition and digital marketing.
6. Knowledge of DTC marketing analytics, A/B testing; Python or SQL familiarity is a plus.
7. Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate technical info to non-technical audiences.
8. Curiosity and analytical persistence—questioning why and exploring solutions with data.
