What You’ll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors to shape clear, aligned project goals
Create practical and achievable project schedules and timelines
Build robust project budgets with transparency and precision
Anticipate and assess project risks, define mitigation actions, resolve and escalate issues as needed
Guide scope and change management with a structured approach
Foster open, consistent communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Liaise with internal and external specialists for expert input and insights
Support project start-up and commissioning, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Adhere to Henkel’s project management principles and processes in an ATEX environment
What makes you a good fit
A degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Process Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering within the chemical or pharmaceutical sectors
Strong analytical thinking with a creative approach to solving challenges
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, you’re a clear communicator who listens as well as leads
Organised, dependable, and self-motivated, yet always ready to contribute to a team effort
A natural collaborator who enjoys bringing people together, who also has the ability to work on own initiative
