My client in the Public/Healthcare sector is looking to recruit a HR Clerical Officer. This role is based in Naas, Co. Kildare
*The role is a month to month rolling contract!
Key duties & responsibilities:
* Assist in the implementation of HR projects as required.
* Manage and maintain jobs boards postings
* Create job descriptions for new posts
* Ensure HR operational processes are maintained to a high standard (e.g. recruitment, payroll and data recording).
* Assist the HR & recruitment team in general administration as required by management
What are we looking for?
* Previous HR administration experience
* Office/admin/clerical experience
* Proficiency using MS Office packages i.e. Excel
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment as part of a team
