Mechanical Quantity Surveyor Were seeking an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor.
The successful candidate will be working in a Dublin based mechanical contractor specialising in HVAC, Gas, Oil, Heat Pumps and Fire Engineering.
The successful candidate will manage the commercial aspects of projects across a range of mechanical systems and fire safety works.

Responsibilities Manage all QS and commercial duties from tender to final account.
Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and variations.
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
Review and certify subcontractor payments and valuations.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements.
Support project managers on cost and contract matters.
Requirements Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years experience in a mechanical contracting or building services role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, gas, oil and heat pump systems.
Experience with fire stopping or fire engineering projects an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software.
