Job Title: Patient Care Specialist
The role of the patient care specialist is to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and possess strong clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* To facilitate and deliver quality patient care by effective management of available time and resources demonstrating professional leadership.
* Participate as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team to advance current nursing practice in accordance with national guidelines.
* Care for patients in the optimum clinical environment adhering to all nursing policies and hospital wide guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. NMBI registered general nurse license.
2. BLS & ACLS certification required.
A management course is desirable but not essential.
