Flexistaff is growing fast, and we're on the lookout for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our busy temp desk! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love connecting great people with great opportunities, this could be the role for you.
What’s in it for you
* Uncapped commission - earn €300-€1,200+ per month on top of your base salary
* Competitive salary: €30,000 - €38,000 per annum (DOE)

What you'll be doing
* Managing a hot temp desk with active clients and live roles
* Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Sourcing, screening and placing top temporary talent
* Meeting and exceeding targets while delivering excellent service
* Growing your desk and your earnings with every placement
Who we're looking for
* Driven, ambitious and target-focused individuals
* A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Resilient and tenacious - you love a challenge and don't give up easily
* Previous recruitment or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential - we value attitude, energy and ambition above all else
