Exciting new opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will play a key role in implementing the people agenda for the organisation.Key responsibilities include: Lead as the key point of contact for all HR related queries on a daily basis.Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including posting job ads, screening CV's, organising interviews, candidate management, extending offers and issuing contracts.Updating policies and procedures as required in line with Irish Legislation.Managing the HRIS (HR Locker), ensuring accuracy of employee data at all times.Monthly reporting on HR metrics for senior management team.Supporting training and workshops in a timely manner.Other HR projects as required.Experience required: Third level degree qualified (HR), or other Business-related degree.3+ years' experience in a similar role.
