Job Description:
* To manage all aspects of the service operation in a retail store.
* Ensure efficient and effective store operations, motivate employees, and provide excellent customer service to meet key performance targets.
* Promote a proactive safety culture and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee smooth store running, collaborate with regional managers on sales targets, and ensure new employee induction and training.
* Ensure security, health, and safety standards are upheld, protecting customers and employees.
* Encourage staff to engage in upselling promotional offers and train them to identify opportunities.
* Manage stock control, employee rostering, and merchandising to maintain high store standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A highly driven manager with strong work ethic, leading by example and maintaining a happy, safe, and inclusive work environment.
* Ideal candidate has 2-3 years experience in dynamic retail management, proven skills in people management, communication, and meeting KPIs/targets.
