Development Clinical Research Physician-Neuroscience
Our client, a global pharma company, is recruiting for a Development Clinical Research Physician with expertise in Neuroscience. You will participate in the development, conduct, and reporting of global clinical trials supporting the registration and commercialization of Neuroscience products. This is a permanent role with hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate on the development and maintenance of a Draft Launch Label and Value Proposition addressing key customer needs (patient, provider, payer); product lifecycle, clinical strategies, development plans, and study protocols
* Contribute to global alignment of clinical strategy and plans
* Stay updated with pre-clinical and clinical data relevant to the molecule
* Review scientific content of clinical documents such as protocols, consent forms, reports, and submissions, ensuring adherence to timelines
* Provide oversight and input into informed consent documents
* Collaborate with research staff in designing, conducting, and reporting clinical trials
* Review risk profiles to communicate risks effectively to study subjects
* Participate in investigator identification and selection
* Ensure documentation of administrative requirements for study initiation and conduct, in line with GCPs and local laws
* Assist in study start-up activities and training investigators and site personnel
* Serve as a resource for clinical teams and review boards
* Address scientific information needs of investigators and personnel
* Monitor patient safety and adverse events, following safety policies
* Assist in preparing regulatory reports and communications
* Participate in advisory committees and risk management planning
* Review medical literature and stay informed on industry developments
* Provide scientific training to the study team
* Act as a scientific consultant and protocol expert
* Seek opportunities for extramural scientific experiences
Requirements:
* Medical Doctor with education meeting LCME requirements
* US-trained physicians must have board eligibility or certification in Neuroscience
* At least 5 years of experience in Neuroscience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development
* Knowledge of drug development process
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally
* Fluent in English
