Our client, a renowned and thriving high-street retailer, is seeking a dynamic Senior Store Manager to lead their flagship store in Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strategic retail leader to oversee a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse portfolio of premium brands across fashion, home, and cosmetics.
The Role: As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, leading a large team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will execute strategic retail plans, manage high-volume operations, and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a management team of 30+, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Deliver and implement the strategic retail plan, ensuring commercial and operational goals are consistently met.
* Manage full P&L responsibility for a budget exceeding €10 million, driving sales and maximizing margins.
* Oversee visual merchandising and product placement to optimize customer engagement and sales.
* Ensure all store operations comply with safety, legal, and company regulations.
About You:
* 5+ years of senior retail management experience in high-volume fashion, homeware, or a similar retail sector.
* Proven track record managing a €10 million+ budget and leading large teams (30+ staff) in fast-paced environments.
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management, KPI achievement, and driving store profitability.
* A strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
* Results-driven, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional retail standards.
