The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of healthcare systems, working closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure smooth and effective transformation of inpatient processes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the Inpatient Workstream for the Cram EHR implementation within UPMC Ireland.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to execute tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including current state/future state maps, risk/issue logs, and change logs.
