Job Title: Director of Engineering Operations
This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the engineering services and facilities department to deliver operational and project success. The ideal candidate will provide a hands-on approach to managing teams, developing and managing project budgets, ensuring safe working environments, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the engineering services and facilities department to deliver operational and project success.
* Develop and manage project budgets, working closely with finance colleagues.
* Ensure safe working environments and regulatory compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement by planning and managing Opex and selected Capex projects.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a recognized qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field to bachelor's degree level.
* At least 12 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
* Proven experience in project management, including skills in engineering software, project management tools, and BIM systems.
