Morgan McKinley are partnering with a leading Irish drinks brand to find a Sales Developer & Account Manager to join their team. The Opportunity: This brand are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Developer to join their Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-loved Irish brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop sales and opportunities in the territory (Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, parts of Clare, Laois, Offaly and Cork). Follow a three-weekly customer call file and journey plan. Use order processing/data capture system to: Capture orders. Completing store audits on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, stock availability, out of stocks, off sales, planogram compliance. Achieve quarterly volume KPI's Secure secondary displays for promotions. Merchandise off-sales and low stock on shelves. Secure extra space on shelf when the opportunity arises. Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers Your Profile: We are looking for a candidate with: Proven Sales Experience: Experience in Retail, Wholesale and/or Foodservice sectors, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Account Expertise: Ability to develop customer relationships with ambition to manage key regional accounts. Results-Oriented Mindset: A driven and results-focused individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate well with customers. Strong Organisational Skills: Excellent planning and organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Strong Team Player: Ability to work with sales colleagues and cross functionally. Essential Requirements: Full Irish Driving Licence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum 2 years' experience within the FMCG, food manufacturing or food retail industry.
