We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide cost and contract management services, ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with contracts and governance arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
* Manage budgets and ensure financial milestones are met.
* Collaborate with directors to develop project strategies.
* Provide quantity surveying services, including pre- and post-contract duties.
* Conduct staff mentoring and contribute to the growth of the quantity surveying practice.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience working in a consultancy environment.
* Chartered status or working towards chartership (MSCSI/MRICS).
* Excellent MS Office skills, including Cubit.
* Strong electronic measurement skills.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
