Inhouse Recruiter
As an In‑House Recruiter, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for key roles within the organization. This position is ideal for someone with an agency background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to transition into an internal talent acquisition role. You will partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition Strategy:
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies for roles across Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate Operations.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insights and guiding them through the recruitment process.
* Candidate Sourcing:
* Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to build diverse talent pipelines.
* Process Management:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Compliance:
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with GDPR and regulatory requirements (e.g., Fitness & Probity for controlled functions).
* Reporting & Analytics:
* Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5+ years in a recruitment agency or RPO environment, ideally with exposure to insurance or financial services.
* Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, market mapping), excellent stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Understanding of GDPR and regulated hiring processes.
Success Indicators
* Deliver high-quality shortlists within agreed SLAs.
* Increase direct sourcing hires and reduce reliance on external agencies.
* Maintain positive candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction scores.
