Responsibilities
* Work on large cross-border corporate transactions with Irish aspect.
* Provide technical drafting and advice to leading Irish and international clients.
* Manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadline.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large, medium or boutique firm.
* Excellent technical and drafting skills with strong eye for detail.
* Strong client service track record.
* Commercially minded, flexible approach and strong work ethic.
