Job Description:
As a strategic and experienced talent acquisition professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, providing expert hiring recommendations that align with business objectives.
Conducting interviews, reference checks, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies are essential aspects of this role.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing timely HR support are also crucial responsibilities.
Assisting in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications, as well as organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs, will further contribute to your success.
Additionally, you will support performance appraisal processes and help track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment best practices and HR processes is essential.
