Employment Solicitor
on behalf of a leading commercial law firm in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Employment team, advising top domestic and international employers across a broad range of industries.

The Role:
 * Advise employers on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, terminations, disciplinary matters, and policies.
 * Act on behalf of clients in claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.
 * Support corporate teams on employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
 * Deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused advice across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
 * Contribute to business development and provide guidance to junior team members.
The Person:
 * Qualified Solicitor with
 5+ years' PQE
 in employment law.
 * Strong experience in both advisory and contentious employment work.
 * Previous involvement in
 corporate support and transactional employment issues
 .
 * Excellent drafting, analytical, and client relationship management skills.
 * Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
