Key Responsibilities First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts Focus on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI's and achieve targets Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Considerable attention to detail desired Have excellent communication skills Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage What we offer Progression to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with the help of our Training, mentor Program, and guidance from our supervisors.
€27,000 basic salary with a €5,000 bonus structure.
The first month's bonus is guaranteed.
