Duties: Lead management of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate with key stakeholders (design teams, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors) to deliver engineering solutions and resolve technical queries. Oversee design coordination, BIM deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and approvals to ensure timely and accurate construction documentation. Manage subcontractor activities, procurement, material deliveries, and day-to-day site operations in line with project schedule and budget. Drive project reporting, including progress updates, risk management, cost tracking, and closeout documentation (QA, safety files, O&M manuals, snag lists). Mentor and support junior engineers while promoting innovative practices, BIM integration, and continuous improvement in project delivery. Requirements: Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering 5 Years+ experience as an Electrical Engineer Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK. Proven track record of having led teams on large projects with tight deadlines. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous. Proficient in MS Office.
