Store Colleague Manager – Fashion
Our client, a well-known fashion, home and food retail chain is seeking to recruit Store Colleague Managers across multiple Dublin locations. Renowned for its outstanding customer service and rich heritage, this is an excellent job opportunity for experienced retail managers to join a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment spanning Fashion (ladies, men's, children), Home and Food departments.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a manager who thrives in fast-paced, high volume retail environment and passionate about developing people and driving performance on the shop floor.
Fashion Management experience is essential for this role.

Skills and Requirements for this job include
9. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced retail environment
10. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
12. Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance
13. Ability to work effectively across departments such as Fashion, Home, and Food
14. Strong organisational and time management skills
