About Your New Job As the Technical Sales Engineer Team Leader, you will lead a team of 5.5 sales professionals, including both external and internal salespeople, ensuring their performance and development.
This role involves significant travel, covering all 26 counties in Ireland, with 70-80% of your time spent on the road.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and sales growth in the process industry sector, focusing on the pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
What Skills You Need Minimum of 4-5 years in a technical sales role within the Irish market, with a strong engineering background.
Proven experience in people management, including recruiting, performance management, and team development.
A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Background in engineering, with the ability to engage with electrical engineers and understand complex technical requirements.
Willingness to travel extensively across Ireland, with a full, clean driving license.
