Description
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support our marketing team in delivering high-impact campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, CRM systems, content creation, and events, and will be eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Marketing: Assist in managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
* Support SEO initiatives and monitor website analytics to drive performance.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
* CRM & Marketing Automation: Utilise HubSpot for workflows, automation, sequences, and prospect management.
* Maintain CRM data accuracy and support the execution of email marketing campaigns.
* Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, website, and marketing collateral.
* Support copywriting, graphics, and multimedia content production where needed.
* Events Management: Support planning and execution of online and offline events, webinars, and trade shows.
* Assist with event logistics, communications, and post-event reporting.
* General Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing projects across the team as required.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* 1-3 years’ experience working in a marketing department.
* Experience in digital marketing, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics.
* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including automation, workflows, and sequences.
* Strong content creation skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
* Experience in events planning and execution.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
* Previous experience in a similar sector.
* Knowledge of additional marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
