About the Shift Manager Job Our client, a leading food production company in Tipperary, is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee production operations.
This role is ideal for a proactive and highly organized leader who can manage ever-changing priorities and drive efficiency on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a production team of over 60 employees across multiple production lines.
Oversee all aspects of production, from raw material processing to chilling, freezing, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure all products meet strict quality standards and tight production timelines.
Manage shift performance, ensuring targets are met across production output, stock management, quality control, and health & safety compliance.
Maintain a structured approach to production planning, problem-solving, and contingency management to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in production supervision or management within the food industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills capable of motivating and developing staff.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities, capable of adapting to shifting priorities.
A commitment to maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and production efficiency.
