EMG Energy Consultants are the fastest growing Energy Consultancy in the country, Specialising in the area of energy consultation, solutions, design, delivery and implementation in the domestic and commercial new build and retro-fit market. Based in Ennis, Co. Clare, our office is centrally located in the town. EMG Energy Consultants will mainly cover the Munster and South Connacht area.
Due to continued growth we are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part Time Office Administrator to join our team. This purpose of this role is to support the the Office Manager, assisting with day to day tasks and providing administrative support to the team of Assessors.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* 2+ years' Administration experience
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* The motivation to work alone or as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent inter-personal skills
* Willing to learn new skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality
* Currently eligible to work full time in Ireland
Some of your key responsibilities:
* Diary Management - Booking in and organizing surveys
* Handle general administrative tasks, including, telephone call handling, data entry, document preparation, filing and email management
* Support job planning and co-ordination
* Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
* Invoice preparation and management
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
