Gormanston Nursing Home, located in the beautiful area of Co Meath, is currently seeking an Administrator Assistant under the WPEP scheme to join our dynamic team.
Our Residents are the most important people and are at the heart of every decision we make. We aim to create a 'Home for Home' in a friendly environment. The Administrator role is vital to the success of our organisation, as this person will interact with residents and their families. We are looking for a genuine, friendly, and organized individual.
This is a part-time work placement position for 4 days a week, from 9 am to 5 pm.
You will be trained and upskilled in various office activities, including reception and mail handling.
Ideal candidates must be reliable, punctual, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Training will include:
1. Use of Time Management Systems
2. Use of HR IT System
3. Use of Nursing IT System
4. Managing the reception area and daily routines
5. Creating and maintaining staff files for compliance
6. Supporting correspondence as requested by DON/ADON/CNM/RN
7. Updating HR trackers and matrices
8. Stock takes and financial administration
9. Additional duties as required
