Social Care Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to lead a team of social care professionals in delivering exceptional care and support to service users.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to working with individuals who require support.
* Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies.
* A minimum of two years' experience working in a social care grade with children or young people.
Candidates must also possess:
* A full clean manual driver's license.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
