This is a strategic, high‑ownership position reporting to the CEO. You will operate at breakneck speed, help scale an ambitious company that reinvents how people learn, grow, and lead, and contribute to building an iconic brand that changes lives at scale.
This is a full‑time position, carried out from our offices in Dubai or fully remote from anywhere in the world, with frequent travel to Dubai. French and English fluency is required.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Strategic Projects & CEO Initiatives
o Own entire strategic projects, from growth hacks to operational buildouts
o Build a cold outreach engine or international brand partnerships
o Set up sponsorships for YouTube and events
o Test acquisition channels and AI-powered growth playbooks
o Sourcing elite talent and streamline HR processes
o Help secure and negotiate deals
2. Pirate Squad — Rapid Experiments & Global Launches
o Drive international launches, MVP tests, and new product initiatives with autonomy and speed
3. Contribute to Strategy & Business Intelligence
o Market research, growth models, business development, M&A scouting, dashboards, KPI tracking
o Help the CEO & GM make data-backed, high-leverage decisions
4. Turn the Company Into a Systematic Growth Machine
o Design workflows, implement automations, and optimize processes
o From Airtable to Notion to AI-powered dashboards, act as internal COO and Growth Architect
5. Be the Internal AI Evangelist
o Champion new AI tools & use cases
o Train internal teams to adopt AI-first processes
o Benchmark AI integrations across content, marketing, ops, product
o Stay ahead on what’s possible
Qualifications
* You likely come from a top-tier business or engineering background (HEC, ESSEC, X, Sciences Po, Stanford, etc.), or equivalent.
* You’ve built or scaled something — startup, ops team, or growth engine.
* You’re driven with a strong work ethic, commitment, perseverance, and thrive under pressure.
* You have an entrepreneurial spirit — you can own projects from scratch, work with limited resources, and get your hands dirty to make things happen.
* You execute relentlessly — a pragmatic problem-solver who thrives on ownership.
* You’re obsessed with growth — personal and team-wide — and love learning, building, and optimizing.
* You embrace growth over ego — open to feedback, eager to improve, and driven by progress.
* You’re analytical, autonomous, and fast, with a natural ability to structure systems and automate for scale.
* You’re tech-savvy and either AI-native or actively becoming one — AI is your playground.
* You’re naturally persuasive — you love influence, sales, negotiation, and can align others without force.
* You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and tailor your message to your audience.
