Job Title: Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors and direct employees, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality and environmental management on a medium-to-large-scale project.
* Develop, plan, and implement project programmes.
* Manage subcontractors and direct employees on site.
* Consult and liaise with subcontractors regarding the programme of works.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Ensure all resources are available on site when required.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and senior management.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A third-level degree in engineering, construction management, or project management (preferable).
* Strong prior experience in site management or a supervisory role with a building contractor or residential developer.
* Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
* A high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation.
* The ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
