Job Summary: Westport Estate is seeking a friendly, organised, and adaptable Reservations Agentteam member to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of estate operations.
This role is customer-facing and office-based, combining reception and ticketing duties with administrative support to ensure an excellent visitor experience and efficient operational processes.
Principle Responsibilities Reception & Visitor Services Act as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and callers Camping reservations and check ins Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to visitor enquiries Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence Support wayfinding and visitor information across the estate Ticketing & Sales Operate ticketing and point-of-sale systems accurately Process admissions, memberships, events, and retail transactions Balance cash and card transactions and complete daily reconciliations Assist with bookings, group visits, and special events Administration & Operations Support Provide general administrative support to the Operations team Maintain records, databases, and filing systems Assist with scheduling, reports, and operational documentation Support coordination with other departments including maintenance, events, and management Assist with health & safety, visitor logs, and operational procedures This job description is not intended to be either prescriptive or exhaustive, it is issued as a framework to outline main areas of responsibilities at the time of writing.
