HR Generalist Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and assist with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
* Assist with high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions and conducting interviews.
* Deliver inductions for new employees, present on company policies, and organize health and safety training sessions.
* Compile weekly/monthly HR reports on key metrics such as absence rates, staff retention, and performance indicators.
* Provide advisory support on employee relations matters and facilitate investigations into absence management issues.
Required skills and experience include:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience.
* Proven experience in employee relations, absence management, and high-volume recruitment.
* Ability to complete HR reporting, inductions, and drafting contracts efficiently.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications and Time/Attendance Systems.
