The role reports to theVP of QA in the USand willoversee multiple sites in Ireland, Europe and Asia.This is aglobal roleand can therefore bebased remotely in Ireland. Havingmulti site experience and a medical devicesbackground is essential.Overview of your responsibilities(full job description available on request):Lead and manage cross-functional Quality teams across Ireland, Poland, Finland, China, and ThailandStrengthen quality to support strategic growth and new business opportunitiesBuild and sustain an audit-ready culture, ensuring full regulatory compliancePartner with Commercial teams to represent the Quality system with customersDrive continuous improvement using data and tools such as Six SigmaTrack, manage, and improve key performance metrics (KPIs)Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:Degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related technical field10+ years' experience in Quality roles5+ years' experience in people managementExperience across regional or multi-site operationsBackground in Medical Devices or Life SciencesStrong knowledge of FDA, MDR, and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 13485, 14971)Hands-on experience with quality tools (SPC, DOE, Root Cause Analysis)Experience supporting regulatory audits and inspectionsFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role contactCourtney Russell.
