About The Role As part of the warehouse & online team, you will perform essential day-to-day tasks necessary for our Used Club department to succeed. You will report to the Project Lead as well as Senior Management. The position when performed correctly will assist us in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Used Clubs Perform strict step by step tasks to process used clubs and make them live for sale on our website. Offering information & expert opinion on used clubs to customers instore and through our customer service channels. Monitoring online orders Acting as the point of contact with our customers ensuring they are kept up to date on their orders. Reviewing the build spec of clubs before they are dispatched to customers. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in golf retail, club fitting or a related field preferred. Passion for product and retail Extensive knowledge of Golf Equipment Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. Strong computer literacy & ability to execute duties as shown. Self-motivated, results driven and product focused.
