We employ over 180 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a:Financial Director for Bulgari IrelandMissionReporting to the Global Supply Chain Executive Vice President, the CFOis a key business partner in the strategic management of the company, providing analysis, insights and direction to support business operations and strategic decisions in regard to business transformations.Integrated part of the global Supply Chain leadership team based in Dublin, the CFOwill cooperate in all supply chain model transformations and stock / warehouse analysis, supporting business developments, business continuity and evolution, as well as business efficiency, while ensuring the highest quality service level and timely financial and statutory reporting, in line with all corporate guidelines and deadlines.Responsibilities:Oversee all Bulgari Ireland financial, administrative, fiscal, legal and risk management activities and operations.Ensure trade compliance for all physical and financial flows, in close collaboration with corporate financial teams.Guarantee the issuing of financial information and ensure the correctness, completeness and transparency of the financial data, in a timely manner. Manage the relationship with the appointed Irish auditors as well as with the Irish authorities, esp. tax authorities.Drive the Internal Control, ensure completion of testing as per corporate guidelines. Define corrective action plans and ensure their completion throughout the business.Consolidate analysis results and insights, establish clear recommendation for various stakeholders from a non-financial backgroundDrive all financial services to support Bulgari Ireland company's future direction, supporting both strategic and tactical initiatives.Define guidelines to support and monitor the implementation of strategic business plans for the Global Supply ChainSupport with all financial services the business teams that are directly served / invoiced by Bulgari Ireland.Ensure the improvement of timeliness and accuracy of the Company's cash flow and management of the billing and collection process as well as monitor month end, quarterly and year-end closings.Provide an active and constant support in the achievement of the set business goals, drive the planning process, monitor the business and the organization performance, guarantee constructive feedback and corrective actions through an effective reporting system, ensuring the monthly management control reporting in all fields to cover profitability and cash management.Provide accurate and impactful financial reporting to executives and the Managing Director of Bulgari Ireland.Cooperate in the definition of financial processes and systems improvements, ensuring the local implementation of the administrative/financial information systemsGuarantee that F&A company's procedures are compliant, at all times, with all legal and regulatory requirements, improving administrative, finance, reporting, budget processes.Reporting LinesUpper reporting position:Directly reporting to the Global Supply Chain Vice President of Bulgari / Bulgari Ireland Managing DirectorFunctionally reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of BulgariLower reporting positions: Ireland Finance and Administration, Budget & Reporting, Tax ManagerHeadcount managed= 20 ReportsCompetencies required:Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)Previous experience working in a large, complex organisation would be an advantageStrong financial planning & analysis experienceStrong accounting background (Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet expertise)Good knowledge and practice of internal control rules and trade compliance proceduresExperience of producing reports and financial statementsBudget monitoring and costs analysis experienceKnowledge of Irish legal and tax framework would be a plusProficient use of Microsoft Office package, expert Excel userProficient use of SAP S/4 and PowerBISoft Skills Required:Team player with excellent formal and informal communication and interpersonal skills.It is an essential requirement of the role that the successful candidate is fluent in English, both spoken and written.
