We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our growing tax department, build and develop client relationships, and assist with consultancy and M&A assignments.
Main Responsibilities
* Managing and leading our growing tax department.
* Building and developing client relationships with existing, new and prospective connections.
* Assisting with consultancy and M&A assignments, including corporate restructurings.
* Tax research with regard to consultancy assignments.
* Tax planning and strategic tax advice.
* Advising clients on corporate and personal tax matters.
